Elliott Wave Pro Subscriptions
The analyses you’ve subscribed for will be available on our website before the markets open every Monday of the week, for as long as your subscription is active. You will have to login to your account to access the analyses.
EWM Interactive OOD maintains the right to delay within 1-2 days of the release day due to unpredictable reasons, for example, technical difficulties.
You can choose between 1-,3- and 6-months long subscriptions.
Each subscription package includes analyses of the following seven instruments: BTC/USD, Gold, WTI Crude Oil, EUR/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CAD and S&P 500.
Subscribers are also entitled to mid-week updates on the seven instruments covered every Wednesday. In order to access the mid-week updates, you must login to your account on our website.
When your subscription expires, you will be charged and it will be renewed automatically unless you’ve manually turned off the recurring-billing function from your account. Subscriptions purchased during promotions and not cancelled prior to their respective renewal dates will be renewed at the full price.
eBooks:
The eBooks we sell are available in .pdf, .mobi and .epub formats only. The eBooks have no paperback or hardcover versions. Clients receive a confirmation e-mail with a download link for all the formats on the e-mail they have provided when making a purchase. Client’s name and address is collected for accounting purposes only and will not be used for physical delivery of any kind.

Video Courses:
The video courses we sell are available online on our website only. Clients will not receive the video courses on a CD, DVD, flash hard drive or in any other physical form. Clients receive a unique username and password after making a purchase, which they can later use to login and access the video course they have paid for. Clients will not be able to download the video courses to their devices. Clients’ access to the video courses they have purchased has no expiration date.
The language of our video courses and all accompanying explanations is English and our video courses are recommended to fluent English speakers only.

Cancellation and Refund

For first-time Elliott Wave Pro subscriptions, clients are eligible for a refund only during the first 7 days of a 1-month subscription, the first 10 days of a 3-month subscription and the first 14 days of a 6-month subscription. No refund – full or partial – is due to you if you request it after the aforementioned three respective periods.
In the case of an automatically renewed Elliott Wave Pro subscription, a refund cannot be requested, because clients have had at least a month to cancel their subscriptions from their accounts, in order to avoid being billed automatically.
In case of a refund, clients agree to pay all banking fees and other transfer fees, which might occur during the transaction.
If you pay for any of EWM Interactive OOD’s products and services, but decide not to use it for any reason, without cancelling your order, refund is not due.
Prices may vary depending on your location or if the purchase was part of a promotion.
eBook orders cannot be refunded.
Video course orders can be refunded within 10 days after the purchase of the course. No refund – full or partial – is due to you if you request it after the 10-day time limit has passed.
